Terms Of Service

Terms & Conditions: Office Furniture Solutions of Florida LLC (herewith known as OFS)
will require a 50% deposit at time of acceptance with the balance due upon delivery of your order.
Installation of furniture will be executed according to floor plan provided by the customer.
Delivery and installation charges are based on service being rendered during regular business
hours. Request for changes from approved plans or non-business hour work will incur additional
charges. Product will remain OFS property until full payment is received. Customer will be
responsible for collection costs if payment is not made as agreed. Due to industry procedures,
condition of sales are such as all sales are final: return, credit, exchanges and/or refunds are not
available.
